By submitting your application to the Avalonia Showcase, you agree to the following terms:

Your Representations

• You confirm that you own or have the legal right to submit all materials (images, app name, descriptions, testimonials, etc.)

• You warrant that your submission does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

• You confirm that you have the legal authority to grant the usage rights outlined below

Usage Rights

• You grant AvaloniaUI OU the perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use your submitted materials (including but not limited to app images, names, descriptions, company logos, and testimonials) for marketing purposes

• Marketing usage includes: social media, website content, white papers, case studies, presentations, blog posts, and other promotional materials

• We will not use your submission in paid advertising without separate written consent

Your Rights

• You may request removal of your app from the showcase at any time. We will process removal requests within 21 days of receipt

• You may request amendments to your showcase listing, including updated images, descriptions, or platform information. We will process update requests within 21 days of receipt

• You may request to opt-out of marketing usage (beyond showcase display) at any time

• We reserve the right to remove any submission at our discretion without notice

• We make no guarantees about showcase availability, uptime, or duration of listing

• Our liability is limited to removal of your listing upon request

• This agreement is governed by Estonian law.
