Avalonia UI is seeking a highly skilled Head of Finance to join our Operations Team. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies and managing the company's financial operations. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. You will also work closely with the leadership team to make financial decisions that support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Strong experience in financial management and accounting
Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional certification in accounting or finance is a plus (CPA, CMA, etc)
Proven track record of successfully managing company finances
