Sales process

Please make sure that you have credentials and have signed in to the CRMs, currently, we are using Pipedrive and Apollo.

  • Pipedrive is where our Inbound leads come in from filling out the webforms on our website for more information. We also manage our current pipelines for support, XPF and dev in Pipedrive.
  • Apollo is where we currently find leads that fit our ICP to either do some cold outreach or add them to a sequence for Inbound follow-up.

Lead Prospecting

We currently use Apollo for all our prospecting. Make sure to check out the saved searches and lists on Apollo to get a better understanding of who we are targeting.

Our Ideal Client Profile

Our ideal target user is a professional .NET developer, likely under 45, working in a large enterprise (10,000+ employees) making 1B+ revenue a year in the USA, Germany, or the UK. They primarily use Visual Studio 2022 on a PC for B2B or Line of Business application development.

Our focus is on providing high-value, enterprise-level solutions, catering to the needs of large organisations that require robust development tools to increase their productivity with Avalonia.

We do not do Indie (The sales team is not involved).

Business XPF

  1. Company Size: Medium-sized business (50-200 employees)
  2. Industry: Healthcare, Aerospace, Industrial and Machinery.
  3. Job Title/ Role: CTO, Product Manager, Lead Developer, Senior Software Engineer.
  4. Target Platforms: Windows, macOS, desktop Linux (cross-platform desktop apps)
    • Indie is just Windows and macOS
    • Linux is VERY expensive to support
    • iOS, Android and Web are unique to the enterprise tier.
  5. Description of App: The app is going to be the same for every tier we're such a foundational platform that we cater to all verticals. It's a "mission-critical" application that currently runs only on Windows and the user needs to run on new platforms.

Enterprise XPF

  • Company Size: Large enterprise (10k+ employees)
  • Industry: Healthcare, Aerospace, Industrial and Machinery.
  • Job Title/ Role: CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Senior Developers, Engineering Managers.
  • Target Platforms: Windows, macOS, desktop Linux and Embedded Linux (cross-platform desktop apps).

Not an Ideal Client Profile

  • Runtime Version: 4 or below will not work with Avalonia XPF.
  • EU Sanctions: Effects places like North Korea and Iran.
  • Trial: If someone has gone through a trial and had support, they are not eligible for an indie licence (as a general rule).
