Onboarding

We want your first days at Avalonia UI to be smooth, productive, and welcoming. As a remote-first startup, we've designed our onboarding process to be straightforward while ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.

Your First Day

On your first day, you'll have a welcome call with Mike, our CEO. This call helps ensure you have access to all essential systems and gives you a chance to ask any immediate questions. We'll make sure you have access to:

  • Google Workspace - for email, calendar, and documents
  • GitHub - for our codebase and documentation
  • Telegram - for team communication
  • BoldDesk - for customer support

If you need any additional equipment, we'll have arranged to ship it to you ahead of time.

Essential Tools and Access

Different roles require different tools. While the above systems are our core platforms, you might need access to additional tools depending on your role. Just ask if you need access to anything specific, we're happy to help.
