Accelerate Refund Policy

We are committed to complying with all relevant consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) concerning digital goods.

Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase Avalonia Accelerate and have not yet generated a licence key, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This right applies only if the digital content has not been accessed or activated in any form.

Waiver of Withdrawal Upon Activation

Once you sign into the customer portal and begin the process of generating a licence key, you will be presented with the Avalonia Accelerate Licence Agreement. Before proceeding, you will be required to explicitly confirm the following via a mandatory checkbox:

“I acknowledge that by generating a licence key, I will immediately lose my right to withdraw from this purchase. I understand that this means I will not be eligible for a refund once the key is created.”

This confirmation is legally required under Article 16(m) of the EU Directive and ensures you knowingly waive your right of withdrawal before accessing the digital content.

Product Defects or Non-Conformity

This policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights. If Avalonia Accelerate is found to be defective, non-functional, or materially different from its advertised description, you may still be entitled to a refund or other remedy under consumer protection law. Please contact us immediately if you believe this applies.

How to Request a Refund

If you have not yet generated a licence key and your request is made within 14 days of purchase, please contact support@avaloniaui.net with your order details. We will process all eligible refunds promptly.
