Am I eligible for Startup support?

Startup support is available for organisations with up to five developers or less than 1 Million USD Dollars in annual revenue.

Do you offer training?

Yes we offer training which is charged at an hourly rate (€250/hour). Get in touch with us so we can discuss your needs.

Does support include preview releases?

Support is not provided for preview releases, beta releases or release candidates.

Can I phone for help?

With the Premium plan, your engineers can schedule calls or video conferences as required to provide consultation on Avalonia UI.

How many seats do I need?

Support is provided for entire Development Teams only: It cannot be purchased for a subset of the development team unless agreed in writing. Mixing Support tiers is not permitted.

Does support include feature requests?

No. We are happy to supply quotes for feature requests.
